Before you commit money to an overseas supplier, do you know who you are really dealing with?

VeriStruct Integritas provides pre-award supplier assurance for buyers considering high-risk overseas orders. We help assess supplier identity, payment alignment, production route, capability and appointment risk before you pay a deposit or issue a purchase order.

Structured reports  ·  Clear ratings  ·  Practical appointment controls

The Problem

Overseas suppliers can present very well before appointment. Buyers may receive professional proposals, competitive quotations, certificates, factory photographs and polished communications — but still not know who they are really dealing with.

AI has made supplier documentation easier to polish and harder to judge. A genuine manufacturer, a trading company, an agent, or a supplier relying on hidden subcontracting may all appear credible on paper.

The risk is highest before money moves. Once a deposit is paid or a purchase order is issued, the buyer's leverage is reduced.

What We Check

VeriStruct Integritas reviews the key risk areas that matter before appointment.

Company identity and legal existence
Bank account and payment alignment
Manufacturer, agent or subcontractor transparency
Key personnel verification
Facility and production capability
Quality controls and evidence trail
Scope, programme and commercial realism
Recommended appointment controls
The purpose is to help the buyer understand what has been evidenced, what has not been confirmed, and what controls should be in place before proceeding.

How It Works

Three straightforward steps from initial concern to clear decision.

1

Submit Supplier Details

Complete a short buyer intake form with the proposed supplier, order value, payment terms, documents available and any specific concerns.

2

VeriStruct Carries Out the Review

Depending on the service level, the review may include document checks, supplier information requests, video verification, supplier interview and local inspection partner review.

3

Receive a Clear Report

You receive a structured Pre-Award Supplier Assurance Report with a clear rating, evidence gaps, key risks and recommended appointment controls.

All fees are indicative and confirmed at scope agreement stage. Optional add-ons include production monitoring, pre-shipment verification and appointment controls support.

Report Ratings

Each report provides a clear supplier suitability rating based on the evidence reviewed.

Suitable to Proceed

Proceed with standard controls

The supplier appears credible and capable for the proposed scope, subject to normal commercial controls.

Suitable with Controls

Proceed only with defined controls

The supplier may be suitable, but only if specific controls are introduced before appointment or payment. Controls are set out in the report.

Not Suitable at This Stage

Do not proceed yet

The supplier should not be appointed or paid until significant evidence gaps, transparency issues or capability concerns are resolved.

Why It Matters

On a USD 250,000 order, a USD 5,000 assurance report represents 2% of the order value. The cost of appointing the wrong supplier can be far higher.

A structured pre-award review helps you make a better decision before you commit funds.

What We Are Not

VeriStruct Integritas is not a fraud investigation company, a full procurement manager, or a guarantee of supplier performance.

We provide evidence-led supplier assurance and appointment-risk observations so buyers can make better commercial decisions before committing money.

The final appointment and payment decision remains with the buyer.
